Meet Nancy Branning
Nancy Branning joined The Talley Group as the Buyer’s Specialist and has become the “glue” that keeps the office together. As a Pensacola/Gulf Breeze native, Nancy helps purchasers make the right choice by listening to their desires and guiding them in the right direction with her local knowledge. Whether they want a forever home or part-time vacation property on the Emerald Coast, Nancy helps them buy into the ideal neighborhood for their needs.
Nancy’s clients love her for her bubbling personality, concern for their needs, and willingness to serve. Her commitment to her clients is evident in her ability to be a top producer, as hundreds of clients have entrusted Nancy to help them with one of their most significant purchases.

As a Buyer’s Specialist, Nancy’s expertise is in working with out-of-state buyers. She goes the extra mile – from video showings to personal recommendations for adjusting to the Florida way of life – in ensuring every client can make their new house a home when they arrive. Clients who buy with her often become friends and sometimes repeat buyers. She helped over 150 buyers find their perfect homes in the last three years!
When she’s not serving buyers up and down the Emerald Coast, Nancy, her husband, and three daughters enjoy boating, fishing, and traveling out of state. She also relishes trying local restaurants and watching her daughters’ sporting events.
