Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage and cultivate relationships with both buyers and sellers to understand their needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their specific requirements and preferences in the buying or selling process.
  • Guide buyers through property viewings, providing expert advice and insights to help them find their ideal home.
  • Assist sellers in preparing their properties for sale, including staging, pricing, and marketing strategies to maximize their property’s appeal and value.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms and prices for their transactions.
  • Coordinate with other real estate professionals, including lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and appraisers, to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed guidance and advice to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction, from initial contact to closing, to ensure a positive and memorable experience for clients.

Requirements:

  • Active real estate license in Florida.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional client service.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs, with a full-time commitment expected.

Compensation:

  • This position is 100% commission-based with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
