We’re hiring a full-time, in-office Transaction Coordinator / Closing Manager to join our high-performing real estate team. This position supports our agents and clients by ensuring every step of the transaction is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care. No real estate experience is required, just a strong work ethic, communication skills, and a desire to support others.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review contracts and manage all transaction documents
- Track contract deadlines and ensure compliance
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, repairs, and closings
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies
- Maintain organized digital files in Dotloop and Google Drive
- Submit broker compliance files and close out completed transactions
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed

- Strong organizational and time management skills
